Terms and Conditions — playport.net
Effective Date: 21.07.2026
Welcome to playport.net (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Site”). playport.net is run by MATUSER SOLUTIONS LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 17340373, with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.
1. Who Can Use This Site
- You must be 18 or older (or have reached the age of majority where you live) to browse and buy on this site. We may ask you to complete identity or age verification (KYC/ID checks) before letting you proceed. Giving us false, inaccurate, or misleading details is not permitted, and you carry full responsibility for the fallout if you do.
- Using our services signals that you’re legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- If you’re acting for a company or other organisation, you’re confirming you have the authority to commit that entity to these Terms.
Where We Can and Can’t Operate
- Our services are open to users worldwide, with the exception of countries under international sanctions.
- Some jurisdictions may call for extra verification steps before you can take part. Accessing the site means you’re confirming your location permits you to use the platform.
2. What This Site Does
- playport.net is a digital marketplace for game skins and related in-game items, delivered through Steam trade offers.
- Once you’ve purchased an item, it’s sent to the Steam account you’ve linked.
- We don’t create, host, or alter any of the skins ourselves — our role is limited to arranging the resale and handover.
- Payments run through authorised, secure payment gateways.
3. Your Account and Keeping It Secure
- You can only access an account through Steam authentication.
- You agree to keep the information you give us accurate, current, and complete, updating it whenever it changes.
- Protecting your login details is on you, as is anything that happens under your account.
- We can suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms, or where we detect fraud, abuse, or other improper behaviour.
4. Orders and How You Pay
- Placing an order means you agree to pay the full price shown at checkout, plus any taxes or extra charges that apply.
- You’ll find the payment options we accept (cards, PayPal, and similar) listed at checkout.
- All payments run through authorised third-party providers under PCI DSS standards, keeping your payment details safe. Our providers also follow the relevant card scheme rules — the Visa Core Rules and Mastercard Rules — covering how transactions are processed, how cardholder data is protected, and how chargebacks and disputes are handled. MATUSER SOLUTIONS LTD never holds your funds directly.
- Paying with a stolen, compromised, or otherwise unauthorised method is forbidden; doing so gets the transaction cancelled immediately and referred to the relevant authorities.
- We can decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if we suspect fraud or spot a pricing error.
- Prices are shown in EUR, USD,AUD and are subject to change without advance notice.
- Payment History — once you’ve logged in via Steam, you can view your full purchase history under the Orders section of your account: order date, item details, amount charged, payment status, and delivery status. These records are kept in line with our data retention duties and the law.
5. Getting Your Items
Once your payment clears, your item is sent over via a Steam trade offer.
We’re not responsible for a delivery failing because of a broken trade link, inventory limits, or other issues on your end.
Delivery typically happens within seven days, though technical hiccups can occasionally stretch that to fourteen; if that happens, you can ask for a full refund or a replacement delivery at no extra charge.
What We Need From You
- A working, valid Steam trade URL.
- Steam Guard and the Mobile Authenticator switched on correctly, where required.
- A trade-ready account — no bans, restrictions, privacy settings that block trading, or active trade/region holds.
6. Selling on playport.net — Listings, Sales & Payouts
Listing items for sale on playport.net means you’re accepting the following terms on listings, sales, and getting paid:
- Listing & Review — items need to sit in the right category and go through review before approval. Everything listed must meet MATUSER SOLUTIONS LTD ‘s rules and risk checks. We can reject a listing without warning if it looks non-compliant, high-risk, or fraudulent.
- Handling Your Inventory — items stay in your inventory until sold. You’re responsible for keeping them tradeable and completing the handover to the designated account as instructed once a sale goes through. Not completing that transfer exactly as instructed can lead to restrictions on your account.
- Platform Fee — a 10% commission applies to every successful sale.
- Getting Paid — see below.
Payout Details
- You need to supply accurate payout information. We may require identity or compliance checks before releasing funds. All payments go through authorised providers — MATUSER SOLUTIONS LTD itself doesn’t offer payment services.
- Payouts are usually processed within 3–7 business days once the item has been delivered and verified. Compliance checks or provider processing times can push this back.
- You can only request payouts within the site’s set limits (currently a minimum of €10 and a maximum of €5,000); anything outside that range won’t go through. These thresholds can be changed at any time, at the discretion of MATUSER SOLUTIONS LTD or our payment partners, without advance warning.
- If an item turns out to be invalid, delivery fails, or fraud is suspected, a payout can be reversed — you’ll be told promptly if this happens.
- Your account dashboard shows the complete history of your completed payouts.
- Users in certain restricted regions may not be able to request a payout at all. Payment details are handled securely by authorised providers, with sensitive data stored only for as long as processing requires. Payouts comply with relevant data protection and payment standards, including PCI DSS and GDPR.
- A payout can be turned down for reasons such as: insufficient funds, an unsupported payout method, suspected fraud or an AML/KYC breach, exceeding the limits, or trying to pay out to a restricted jurisdiction.
- Making sure your payout details are correct is your responsibility.
If a Payout Doesn’t Go Through
Should a payout fail or get rejected, we’ll let you know both by email (to the address on your account) and via an in-account notice, within two business days of the failed attempt. Where the law and our compliance obligations allow, we’ll explain why, and where we can, we’ll suggest what to do next — updating your payout details, finishing identity verification, or reaching out to support, for example. You can check the status of any pending or failed payouts any time from your dashboard. If you think a payout was rejected by mistake, contact our support team at info@ playport.net with your account details and the payout reference number.
Keeping an Eye Out for Fraud
We monitor every transaction for signs of fraud, chargebacks, risk, and regulatory issues. MATUSER SOLUTIONS LTD may hold back, delay, suspend, or cancel a payout if something looks suspicious. All monitoring is carried out in line with applicable law.
7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancelling an Order
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you’d normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase — except where digital content is delivered right after payment. Confirming your order and receiving your digital item straight away means you’re expressly giving up that statutory withdrawal right.
- An order can only be cancelled before payment goes through. To do so, get in touch with our support team straight away at info@ playport.net.
- Trades or purchases that haven’t yet completed can be cancelled or refunded once our support team has verified the situation.
- Digital items that have been delivered and accepted via Steam generally can’t be refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
- For eligible items not yet delivered or accepted through Steam, you can request a refund or return within 30 days of purchase.
- We reserve the right to look into every refund or return request. Where we suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse, we may refuse, cancel, or hold back payment, in line with these Terms and the law.
- Refunds we approve will be processed without unnecessary delay — within 14 days of confirming eligibility at the latest — and returned to the original payment method.
- We stay within the bounds of applicable consumer protection law.
- A payout can be cancelled or delayed if a bank rejects it, the payout details contain errors, fraud is suspected, or platform rules have been broken. We’ll notify you if this happens.
8. What You Agree Not to Do
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful or unauthorised, including money laundering or evading sanctions.
- Give us false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Try to compromise, interfere with, or disrupt the site’s security, integrity, or operation.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access, collect data from, or interact with the site without our prior written OK.

- Resell or pass on items without our permission.
- Interfere with the site’s security or day-to-day running.
- Use payouts on behalf of third parties, or with anonymous or unverified accounts.
- Try to get around regional restrictions or payout limits.
Breaking any of these rules can lead to your account being suspended or closed, funds being withheld, a report to the relevant authorities, and any other remedy available to us under the law.
9. Intellectual Property

- CS2 and related assets belong to Valve Corporation. We claim no ownership over them and no official partnership with Valve; our part is limited to facilitating the resale and delivery of existing digital items via Steam trade offers.

MATUSER SOLUTIONS LTD acts as the Data Controller under UK GDPR. Your personal and payment data is processed securely, and only to the extent needed to fulfil orders, carry out payouts, and meet our legal obligations.
By using the site, you agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal and payment information.

We may share personal and payment information with authorised payment providers and partners, strictly for the purposes above.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, in line with GDPR and other applicable data protection law.
11. Limits on Our Liability
- We aim to keep the service reliable, but we can’t promise it will always run without interruption or error.
- Nothing here limits or excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, playport.net isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. We’re also not liable for incidental or punitive damages, including loss of reputation, business opportunity, or other economic loss.
- We’re not responsible for restrictions that third-party platforms impose — Steam bans or trade limits, for instance. We accept no responsibility for disruptions, failures, or changes caused by third-party platforms including Steam; the availability, compatibility, and market value of digital items can change at any time, and we give no assurance about future usability or price.
12. Indemnity, Account Suspension and Termination
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless playport.net, along with its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your breach of any law, regulation, or applicable platform rule; fraudulent or abusive transactions, chargebacks, or regulatory breaches tied to your activity; or any misuse of the site or our services.
Suspending or Ending Your Access
We can suspend or end your access at our discretion, without advance notice, where we reasonably believe you’ve broken these Terms or acted in a way that’s harmful to other users or to our business. Your right to use the site and our services ends immediately in that case.
13. Updating These Terms
We’ll let users know about any material changes to these Terms at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Carrying on using the site after that point means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Resolving Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. Disputes involving payments are also subject to the operating rules of the relevant payment providers.
- Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to first try resolving things with us by contacting support.
